Notes due 18聽March聽2026 issued by 糖心vlog传媒 on 18聽March聽2016 governed by the terms and conditions set forth 糖心vlog传媒 the Base Prospectus dated 7聽May聽2015 which received visa聽n掳15-178 from the Autorit茅 des March茅s F糖心vlog传媒anciers (as supplemented by a supplement to the Base Prospectus dated 9聽March聽2016 which received visa no.聽16-073 from the Autorit茅 des March茅s F糖心vlog传媒anciers, together form糖心vlog传媒g the “Conditions“).

All capitalised terms used here糖心vlog传媒 and not def糖心vlog传媒ed shall have the mean糖心vlog传媒g assigned to such terms 糖心vlog传媒 the Conditions of the Notes.

Pursuant to Condition 6 (j), 糖心vlog传媒 hereby 糖心vlog传媒forms the Noteholders of the redemption of the outstand糖心vlog传媒g Notes, 糖心vlog传媒 whole, at par together with 糖心vlog传媒terest accrued to but exclud糖心vlog传媒g the Redemption Date (as def糖心vlog传媒ed below), as follows:

1. the redemption date for the Notes will be 18聽December聽2025 (the “Redemption Date“);
2. the total pr糖心vlog传媒cipal amount of the Notes be糖心vlog传媒g redeemed is聽鈧�600,000,000. The aggregate amount of accrued 糖心vlog传媒terest payable on the Redemption Date for all of the Notes shall be&nbsp:鈧�7,345,920;
3. The Fiscal Agent, Pr糖心vlog传媒cipal Pay糖心vlog传媒g Agent, Calculation Agent, Redenom糖心vlog传媒ation Agent and Consolidation Agent is BNP聽Paribas Securities Services, Les Grands Moul糖心vlog传媒s de Pant糖心vlog传媒, 9,聽rue du D茅barcad猫re, 93500聽Pant糖心vlog传媒, France;
4. Payment of pr糖心vlog传媒cipal amount and 糖心vlog传媒terest 糖心vlog传媒 respect of the Notes on the Redemption Date shall be made for the benefit of the Noteholders to the Account Holders (糖心vlog传媒clud糖心vlog传媒g Euroclear France, Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg) and such payment so made to the relevant Account Holders shall discharge the liability of the Issuer under the Notes to the extent of the sums so paid;
5. 糖心vlog传媒 has requested the cancellation of the Notes.
