The first ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ production site was established ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Zielonki, near Krakow, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ which the first cooler was manufactured ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ 1996. In 1997, the Group started producÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g Thermal Systems, which led to the development of the first factory ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a. This was the first step to develop busÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ess ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Poland.
Currently, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Poland has 5 production sites, a Sales and Distribution Center ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Warsaw and a Shared Services Center ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a for areas such as: FÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ance/AccountÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g, IT, HR, PurchasÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g and Supply ChaÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Management.
All manufacturÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g sites are located ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the southern part of the country, three of which are ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the Ma?opolska provÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ce, while two of them are ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the Silesia provÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ce.

The ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Thermal Systems site, based ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a, is the oldest ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ site ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Poland, where more than 2,000 workers are employed. The site designs and manufactures the latest generation of ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½novative Thermal Systems, which also focuses on CO2 emission reduction. The factory operates with robots to improve production processes and ergonomics at work. The collaborative robots can work with people, among others, as they can raise loads up to 50 kg and work with speeds up to 10?m/s. The Research and Development center ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a is ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½volved ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ projects for many countries around the world. The achievements of our employees have already been awarded several times, among other ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ternational PACE Awards for the most ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½novative products ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the automotive ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½dustry.

The Wiper Systems production plant, part of the Visibility Systems BusÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ess Group,? started production ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Poland ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ 2001, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ “Little SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a” – a small buildÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g located ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ today’s Shared Services Center. After a few months, the busÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ess was transferred to Zielonki near Krak¨®w, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ order to return to the newly built factory ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ 2003. The site specializes ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the design, production, paÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½tÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g and assembly of wiper blades, arms, motors and mechanisms. Currently, it is one of the largest ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ plants ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the world ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ this busÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ess. IncludÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g a cobot and robots that improve performance and relieve employees of the most difficult tasks. The development of modern, autonomous AGV traÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½s ensures no downtime and delivery of components on time throughout the plant. The Research and Development Center develops new products for leadÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g car concerns on the market. International patents are created based on ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½novative solutions by our EngÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½eers.
The LightÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g Systems production site, based ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Chrzan¨®w, is the most recent and the biggest ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ production site ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Poland, employÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g more than 2,500 employees. Its activity began ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ 2004. The factory produces rear and head lamps for passenger cars usÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g advanced LED technologies, electrics, optics, metallization, assembly and plastic ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½jection, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½cludÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g: multi-component and multi-color ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½jection. The plant has a fully equipped measurÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g laboratory with a unique tunnel for photometric tests. Along with the development and expansion of the plant, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ January 2019, a Research and Development Center was established. International patents are created based on ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½novative solutions by our EngÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½eers.
ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Electric and Electronic Systems ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Czechowice-Dziedzice
ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Electric and Electronic Systems Plant ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½novative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditionÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g. The company was founded ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ 2001 as a result of acquirÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g Sylea company.

In 2025, based on the case of ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Power SkawÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½a, with the agreement of the OECD Polish National Contact PoÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½t (NCP), ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ conducted a double-materiality analysis to assess the material sustaÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½able impacts, risks and opportunities on its Polish entities. This action, which was ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½itiated as a corrective measure, is ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ lÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½e with the OECD guidelÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½es for MultÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ational Enterprises on Responsible BusÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ess Conduct, which global companies are requested to implement at national level ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ every country where they operate.
This double-materiality analysis was led ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ accordance with the methodological requirements of the Corporate SustaÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ability ReportÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g Directive (CSRD) and European SustaÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ability ReportÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g Standards (ESRS). StartÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g from a review of the Group’s impacts, risks and opportunities on all sustaÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ability topics listed ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ ESRS, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ identified the ones applicable to the perimeter of its Polish entities, before assessÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½g each of them on two dimensions:
